I would like to reiterate to you how much I appreciate the level of professionalism exhibited by Artistic Landscape. Your crew yourself and Lorraine do a splended job of ensuring customer satisfaction. Beyond being that you all are knowledgable in what you do, it is important to me that I know when you will be arriving ahead of time, that you arrive when you say you will ,you work as long as you say you are going to work you do not spend time on the cell phone, I have an accurate account of what the final invoice will hold, etc. These seem to be some aspects that have been lost by other companies. Kudos to you! I know I am a long way from you, but I may call you later in the summer. I would rather pay the extra cost of the transportation for quality work. I hope that will be OK with you. Artistic Landscape recently worked on my property where existing flowerbeds had been taken over by deeply matted grass that was impossible to remove.
The crew that was dispatched, could not have been more professional. They arrived when they said they would, and worked beyond their day in order to complete the work in progress.
As a team the crew worked efficiently, and consistently. They were at all times conscientious and diligent. They were very careful not to knock down stone walls and retaining walls. They carefully removed and re-planted plants that were to be saved.
All of the crew members demonstrated artistic ability in the design and placement of beds, rocks, walkways etc.
The excellent cleanup at the end of the day was appreciated.
Many thanks to Lorraine Rathwell, Exterior Designer for her exterior design plan. I appreciated her willingness to incorporate my ideas and to revise her own plans, given the changing nature of the landscape as different plants and beds reappeared from their grassy matts.
Importantly, everyone, from crew, to Designer and office staff was responsive to questions, suggestions and request for changes.

We hired Lorraine Rathwell to completely re-design the front gardens for our condominium building in The Glebe. We were delighted with Lorraine's design. Artistic Landscape did a great job of removing the roots from the old city-owned spruce trees that had died, changing the grade and prepping the bed for the new plantings. We are very satisfied with all aspects of this project from the initial design to the final product. The landscapers were very professional and tidy.
